This has been a favorite magazine of mine for years. Got a good price from you all which makes it even better! Their yearly Christmas books are also wonderful!

Great Magazine,could eat up the pictures.
Love the different food pictures and instructions. Great articles make planning a trip a breeze.

Too much solicitation
I enjoy the magazine, but I feel like I spend more time replying to their offers than I do reading. Since subscribing, Southern Living has emailed me once or twice a week with various offers. They've called my home once or twice every month offering books & products to preview. I also started receiving renewal notices in the mail a full 6 months before my subscription was up. It isn't worth the effort.

I Missed It...
I had received Southern Living for over 25 years when the cost suddenly became prohibitive. My daughter alerted me to Amazon.com and I am about to start reading this wonderful magazine once again. I really missed seeing the homes, gardens, and all the southern recipes. Come September, I'll be in business once again. Thanks Amazon.com

Girl Porn
....is what my husband calls this magazine. I love looking through it and imagining the beautiful houses, gardens and decor were mine. On the more practical side, the receipes are usually dependable and tasty. Although we live in Cali, our own "state" magazine (Sunset) got too trendy and weird and I gave up on it. This one fills the bill nicely for reality---but better.
