Not as Good as Dn Knotts' Other movies
Mr. Knotts was so very hilarious in Shakiest Gun in the West and the Reluctant Astronaut, but not so much in this one. I was disappointed. I consider Don Knotts the most gifted comedian/funny man, easily on a par with Chaplin and Jim Carey, but this film, just didn't do him justice. Love Knotts, didn't love the movie.
The Ghost and Mr Chicken
This is an old one, but a great classic. Don Knotts had such comedic talent it blends well with the plot and gives you a fun story to follow to the exciting end.
Perfect Halloween movie watching!
Great old movie! Perfect for all ages. We have 3 kiddos, 5, 12, & 16 and finding a movie that is appropriate for everyone can be tough. We ordered this movie for Halloween night as our 16 year old was having a group of friends over and they all really enjoyed the movie. Everyone stayed until the end:) I think watching this movie on Halloween may become a new family tradition!
Lots of fun for the fam
Don Knotts at his dorkiest best! A fun (and a little creepy!) movie our family enjoys watching every Halloween.
Halloween fun!
This movie is a classic! Spooky fun the whole family can enjoy. Humorous, quotable, and a great time for all. Don Knotts is the star of this movie as a bumbling, but well-meaning hopeful newspaper reporter investigating the local haunted mansion. Rumor has it that it's haunted by a ghost, of course. Whether that's true or not, you'll have to see when you watch, but you'll definitely enjoy this movie!
